| Post subject: | Lawsuit Against Engineer |
I am looking for incidents where an engineer who performed an arc flash hazard analysis (provided client with warning labels and PPE categories) was named in a lawsuit after an arc flash occured at the engineers client's facility and an injury resulted. Does anyone know of a situation like this or something similar? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

This will probably increase over time and as more AF studies are done. What are viable disclaimers. There seems to be much risk for the P.E. vs relatively little reward. |
