The secondary bushings are all in line, horizontal for the phases as opposed to staggered or offset, and much closer spaced than in a pad mount without a breaker. In my opinion, the first configuration is Hcb. The second is VCBB. |

I too agree. HCB for the first photo and VCBB for the second. |
