Quick question: for labels for arc flash protection (bolted fault) boundaries should we be putting the exact voltage on the labels or just a voltage range?

Don't know what you mean by bolted fault when used in reference to the Arc Flash Boundary as the AFB is calculated based on the arcing current.
The voltage on the label should be the nominal system voltage. Think about trying to put the exact voltageon the label - that fluctuates every second or faster.
