Hello,
Does anyone know where i could get my hands on the original paper for the DC Arc Flash Method Paukert?
I've searched the web without success, IEEE Xplore, IET, etc. I am open to buy article for a reasonable price.
I have found the 1991 Stokes and Oppenlander paper, and the Doan one.

7th Int. Symp. Switching Arc Phenom., 1993, pp. 49–51.
